Is there a way to change Objective ID of an existing Quizzing Object in C5?

In Captivate 5, I have not been able to find any way to change the Objective ID of a quizzing object (a question slide or a Click Box or a button). The Objective ID is not listed in the  Reporting properties for that object. Only the Interaction ID appears  and can be edited. The Objective ID of each object is listed in the "Advanced Interaction" window but cannot be edited there.

If you change the Objective ID of the overall quiz  midway through creating a quiz, quizzing objects that were created  earlier still show up in reports labeled with the old Objective ID, not  the new one. The only work-around I have found is to delete and recreate the quizzing object.

Before I submit a wish-list request about this, does anyone know of something I have overlooked that can simply edit the Objective ID of existing objects?

Correct answer RodWard

You could also try duplicating the slide containing the quizzing objects and then deleting the older slide.  Objects on duplicated slides are all given new IDs by default.

Sorry, this is a user forum, so not the right place to address the Adobe team. Try to file a bug or a request form in that case;

Sorry, forum members, i have been slow off the mark in updating this post. After my original post received no suggestions for a solution, I made a formal wishlist request to Adobe and received this reply:

"Hi Trevor,

Sorry to see you face this problem. What you mention below was a bug in Captivate 5. We will fix this in the next release of Captivate.
