Is there a way to define browser specific settings in captivate 9

Is there a way to define browser specific settings in captivate 9. I am having an issue with videos not always loading through the web object, in fact it looks like the web object itself is not loading correctly. It will work for the majority of users but occasionally will produce a black box with a red x in the top left corner for others. Tracing back in the code we have noticed that the web object for some reason keeps forcing IE9 to operate in IE7 mode with quirks...which means it's using non-standard stuff and has loose error corrections.

Any ideas or solutions?

Unfortunately using another browser is not an option at the moment otherwise I would switch to Chrome and utilize html5.
