Is there a way to edit the hotspot review?

I am trying to make a proofreading quiz using the hotspot quiz tool but I am finding that the 'review quiz' option does not show the errors very clearly- they are obscured by a green hand. It would be great if I could just circle the error and add some text explaining what the problem is, but I don't see any way to edit the quiz review.

Is this possible?
