Is there a way to make captivate highlight boxes animated? (animated draw the highlight box)

Captivate 9.0.2.437Is there a way to make captivate highlight boxes animated?My goal is to have the highlight box drawn, each side of the HL box at a time as the highlight box enters the slide. Sometimes fade is not effective enough to attract attention and the drawing of the highlight box would be a perfect attention grabber.I like the fade outer area concept, but it is not a possibility when there are multiple highlight boxes at the same time.

Not out of the box, think Camtasia has that. Often I use a Flicker or Blink effect to the Highlight box, or an animated arrow. If you do not want the fade outer area because of the presence of multiple highlight boxes, I often prefer a shape which can have another form.
