Is there an add-on for Adobe Captivate that allows speech to text?

So I completed my first eLearning and the client is pleased. They have asked:

1) Can both a sound and no-sound version be download onto a CD?

2) Can the script be included for in-person facilitation as an option.?

Well, I did not use a written script for every slide. Is there a tool you would recommend to create text from speech?

Thank you. I actually ended up using Google Doc w/ the voice / dictation option. I did the following:

1. Exported the audio from Adobe Captivate

2. Re-set my sound settings to "Virtual Audio Cable" so that the audio was accepted by the computer MIc

3. Clip dictation in Google Doc

There is also a new Google Doc Add-On that does speech to text even better than the native Google Voice typing

I see your first question is not answered. Why have two versions? You can do this with one version. Let the user choose for sound or not. A simple conditional action will do the trick: if he chooses the Sound version, you don't have to do anything, for the No-Sound version, mute the audio and turn on CC.

If the speech is automated TTS, then Print>Handout ( with slide notes) to MS Word file.

If it is human recorded, use Word and type what your hear on MS Word, or send the audio files (export it from Audio management) to some online service to get a Microsoft Word file. try fivrr.
