Is there any maximum limit for Question Pools in Adobe Captivate 8 SCORM Project?

Need to know if there is, Need to create SCORM content with 27 question pools with 120 questions all together. Does anyone have the idea if there's any limitation in SCORM 1.2 or Captivate?

I haven't seen any data to indicate Captivate imposes such a limit on the number of pools or the number of questions.  However, SCORM 1.2 has a rather small allowance for Resume Data and this can sometimes cause issues with large quizzes.  But the usual problem that causes is related to bookmarking of the course if the learner should terminate their session attempt before completing the module and then later resuming where they left off.

Yes it seems so, yes the problem is that in bigger projects sending the resume data keeps slowing down the elearning it adds characters with each passing slide, so starting slides run relatively smoother and as the course progresses the package slows down gradually. That's why we have segregated the quiz questions into pools each pool has its own result slide and in SCORM logs as a separate objective (cmi.objectives) so its score can be preserved alongwith the progress, and these are being called from a dashboard/menu slide. Mentioned in the link below.

Actually your issue with the course slides progressively becoming slower and slower as the course progresses may have more to do with the amount of communication happening between your Captivate course and your LMS.

Unless you turn off as many of the LMS communication options as possible, the sheer number of times the server is getting pinged by the Captivate course can start to bog it down.  And when the server latency starts to bite, your end users see it in terms of delays between slides, because every time the Captivate content sends a note to the server it patiently waits for the server to respond and confirm it was received.
