Is there any options to fit the eLearning output for all mobile devices?

In Adobe Captivate, we used fluid boxes to create a course, and both the desktop and tablet views work well. However, when we checked on mobile devices, we found the problem that while the course appeared to be fine on certain mobile devices, but it appeared to be different in terms of alignment and positions on other mobile devices and It showed me a more view icon to display the full content.

Is it possible to configure the settings to fit for all mobile devices? As there are number of mobile brands and different screen sizes and PPI's.

There are so many different browser resolutions for mobile phones that you cannot expect them all to look the same way. For text containers, I would recommend to decrease the minimum font size, which is set by default at a too high 14pt. Decrease it to 10 or even 8pt.
