Question

Is there any way to fast forward sound in a SCORM?

I am working on a curriculum and I would like the students to be able to fast forward the SCORM in our LMS.  Right now they can fast forward on the Skin but when they do, they audio stops completely.  Is there any way to allow the user when they fast forward to hear the narration in fast forward as well?

I am working in Captivate 2019 and publishing as SCORM files for upload to our LMS.

Why would you want that? You create narration but learners don't need to listen? Sorry, I don't want to blame anyone but it makes me just curious because I suspect there is something else that you want to achieve. I may be wrong of course. Let me explain: you may allow the learner to come back to a slide which has already been viewed and listened to completely, but you want to avoid that they need to listen again to the full narration? Is that the case? If  yes, you need a way for a different behavior between the first visit to the slide and later visits. There are several ways to achieve this, but here is a possibility described especially for Audio:

In a later post I explain how to use a shared action to make it easier to apply this workflow to multiple slides (projects):

Yes, I think your response was quite judgemental.  I have my own reasons for the learner being able to fast forward through the audio.  That is irrelevant.  My question was can it be done.  I want them to be able to hear the audio but at maybe 1.5x or 2x speed.
