Is this a possibility in Captivate?

I want to make an educational product for children.

QUESTION no 1:

I want to make scenes like:
See ten draggable objects.
Drag the ones you think are right to a hotspot
Then click Ok button
When click Ok button go check for right answer
IF all answers are right THEN go next
IF some answers are right THEN keep them in their new given positions
IF some ansvers are wrong THEN drag them back to their start postiions.?

Is this possible in Captivate?

QUESTION no 2:
Is it possbile to save the projects donw as ipad files?
