Is the captivate app available in the adobe all apps plan ?

    I will try to translate your question. Adobe has a Creative Cloud which has only a subscription plan and includes a number of applications. Adobe Captivate is NOT amongst those applications, as are several other ones. A CC subscription will on include Captivate.
