Issue of Repeating Voiceover lines from AI text-to-speech

I am having the same frequently occurring bug where the last few lines of the AI text-to-speech VoiceOver keeps repeating the final line or final few sentences of the script. I find that this seems to happen when opening the review links in Safari and Microsoft Edge. When I export SCORM files of the same documents it also has the same issue with randomly repeating audio bugs on several slides. Is there a work around or something I am not understanding on how to rectify this issue?
