Issue opening Captivate files

Question

Unable to open Captivate File I have been working on. When opened, a Update Missing Fonts window displays. I click replace fonts and it starts to process but than the file and Captivate close unexpectantly. Same thing happened opening another file. I opened several more files and they worked fine (without the Update Missing Fonts window), which leads me to believe the first two files may be corrupted somehow. I did the same thing with the backups of first two files and got the same results with Captivate closing. Any ideas on what's going on here?

Is it possible to check and tell the full version number you are using, please? If you are on Windows, you find it under Help, About Captivate. Were those files created in the same version that you are using at this moment?
