Issue: Video in Captivate Not Working in Exported Video Format (MP4)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with Adobe Captivate. When I insert a video into my project, it works perfectly when I export the project as HTML. However, when I export the same project as a video format (MP4), the embedded video doesn’t play and just shows a loading icon.

For reference, I used a video in MP4 format with the H.264 codec. I’ve also tried adding different videos to check, but the issue persists when exporting as a video.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Are you trying to view your published project from a web server environment, or are you just going to the folder where you published it and then launching the content via the index.html file?

     

    If the latter, do the former instead.
