Issue with 1920x1080 preview and publish

Hi all. Been using captivate 10 for about a month now and I have recently begun importing PPT files that were converted to 1920 x 1080.

While editing the project I see the project screen like this (black box placed to not give away company)

When I publish the project, preview the slide, or presentation I this happens.

I am not sure what I did wrong. I did not have this issue on the 1280 x 720 presentations.
