Issue with Captivate 7 Branching in IE 11

I have a project in Captivate 7.0.1.237 that begins with 62 linear slides.  Slide 62 acts as a branching menu for the user to select option additional information.  There are four buttons on this slide that jump forward to the various additional linear sections.

I am running Windows 7 and IE11, and this works for me, but several IE11 users have reported that the four menu buttons do nothing when they click on them.  My first thought would be that something is out of quiz scope, but the entire project from slide 1 to last slide is within quiz scope, and Allow Backward Movement is selected in the preferences.  I’m at a loss as to how to troubleshoot this since I cannot recreate the issue.  These same other users have reported that this same project works for them using FireFox. Is there some IE setting that I’m missing?

    Hi there

How many slides are there in the project?

I ask because if you report back with a large number, it could be that the project is simply so large that all of the project hasn't been able to load up. And if that happens, there may not be anywhere to actually link. I believe to troubleshoot that, you would just wait and try after more time has elapsed. If the link works at that point it would seem that's what's happening.

    Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick.  Thanks for responding.  There are a total of 131 slides in the project.  I really don't think it's a timing issue as quite a bit of time elapses while going through the initial 62 slides.  Also, one of the "jump to slides" jumps to the next slide and even that doesn't work for the other users.
