Question

Issue with Captivate 8 and SumTotal LMS. Error when uploading ZIP files: "There was a problem with the upload. The server did not accept it." Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Whenever I attempt to upload certain ZIP files to the SumTotal LMS, I receive "There was a problem with the upload. The server did not accept it."

Some files seem to work ok - possibly a size issue? Not sure.

Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello ,

    Welcome to Adobe Forums !

Could you please check the version of Captivate you are using to publish (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate) ?

Also check the version of Scorm you are using , Try switching between Scorn 1.2 to Scorm 2004 or vice versa .

Also try renaming the published output try to keep it simple , means without spacing or any special character.

    Regards

    Himanshu

‌Himanshu, Captivate 8 and either 1.2 or 2004 - they function the same,

I will definitely try publishing without spaces.

UPDATE:  No-go publishing without spaces. Still had the same issue.

    Thanks!
