Issue with the TOC scrolling in Anrdroid and IPhone

I have a responsive course with a lot of sildes, when I view the course in chrome on Android mobiles / Android tablet, the TOC does not scroll, however when launched on default browser the scroll works.

How can I get it to work on chrome?
