Issues when previewing a Captivate project
In Captivate (2019 release), sometimes, when you preview a project, you see the following error message.

Workaround
This issue is specific to your computing environment. You can either:
- Uninstall and reinstall Captivate.
- Change your network's proxy settings.
- Change the default browser.
