Issues with download Adobe Captivate

I purchased the monthly subscription plan for Captivate 9.  I received an email with a link, but it only takes me to the locations where I can manage my plans, my account, etc.  When I click on Captivate 9, it says I have no registration numbers to enter.  I had no problems at all with downloading the Creative Cloud items for that subscription, but I desperately need to download Captivate 9 TODAY.  Can anyone direct me to the correct location.  I would chat, but it is closed today.  Thank you to whoever can help.

Install the trial version. When you log in with your Adobe ID it will be recognized.

If you don't want to use the Akamai download manager, you can also download it from
