Issues with final assessment not being marked completed in LMS

All,

Thank You in advance for your help.  I am in the process of finalizing an online course using Captivate 7.  The course will be composed of 16 individual modules plus a final assessment.  The modules are composed of either just show modules or show, try and assess type modules.

The final assessment is an assess only module.  The user will be given a scenario and will need to complete by clicking on the correct hot spot.  Users will need to get a 90% or higher to pass.  I have been able to go through and complete the module, and pass, however, it is not marking as passing.  The LMS is noting that I have opened the module but have not completed/passed.  I am publishing the modules the same way I have done for each of my other modules with assessments.  Pictures of my settings are below.

Has anyone else ever experienced these issues? 

Any help would be most appreciated!

    You also require that 100% of the slides have been viewed, are you sure this will be done?

    Thank you, that is a good point.  Also, you posted on my question about 2 weeks ago and the allow backwards movement was teh issue!! Thank you!

    Theoretically they should view each of the slides in order to complete the assessment.  However, I guess they may skip a step.  I have removed that and republished.  Hopefully, that will work.
