Issues with Presenter Quiz in Firefox

I created a presentation with Presenter 11 and included a quiz. When I view the quiz in Internet Explorer and Chrome, everything is fine. However, when I view it in Firefox, the radio buttons are very distorted, as shown in the image below. Can anyone advise what is causing this?

I am so sorry you didn't get any answer. The Presenter forum has been killed, and in the Captivate forum you'll find very few Presenter experts. Personally I haven't used it for eons... for several reasons.
