Question

Issues with sign after recent Admin Console updates.

Hello,

I'm having issues with loging in to captivate since Adobe has updated their Admin Console services.

Normally I would sign into captivate via the creative cloud app. After this update I have been asked to log back into my account, but this does not seem to sign me back into Captivate. Whenever I launch Captivate I am prompted to input my activation key?

Is there anything I can do?

many thanks.

Ok so if anyone here cares...

It turns out that after the update to the Adobe Admin Console, I now have a business and a personal account. I was signed into my business account and I have just been told by an agent that Captivate is not available for a business account and is therefore moved into my personal account. My business account has my subscription to the Creative Cloud. When I login to my personal account to use Captivate I am not able to gain access to Adobe Fonts. I have been working on a huge course and for me to go and change the fonts could cause some massive delays. I was also told by an agent that if I wanted to use CC and Captivate I would have to log out and login to their respective accounts which seems like an insane workflow as I amd using PS and AI at all times whilst working in captivate. I find it very strange that Adobe thinks that all Captivate users are not part of a business. Why have Adobe suddenly isolated Captivate away from my CC subscription?

Has anyone else been having this issue?

I'm also being prompted to put in an serial number, even though I have a subscription (which doesn't require a serial number).  I don't think that I've ever had a personal Adobe account, but it almost looks as though I have a business account that's crossed up with a personal account, now, so I'm going to have to contact a support agent to get things ironed out.

Please let me know how you get on with this and what they tell you to do.

Thanks.
