Issues with video stalling in Captivate 9 projects in the LMS

Not sure if there is a solution for this, but when you insert a video into a captivate project (versions 7 and up I think), it will always externalize the video files into separate SCOs. That means when the course is being downloaded from the LMS, the browsers have to download the course sco and the video sco ( please correct me if I am wrong here).

Normally with enough download speed and ideal conditions, this should be seamless, but often times with limited bandwidth, you have videos stalling or getting stuck with frustrated the learners. So my question is, what are settings either on the video side, captivate side that might help eliminate or lessen this issue?

I am assuming that with the video, put into SWF or MP4 at the lowest size and mono the audio, and then in the captivate side, should you change the loading percentage?

Any thoughts or experiences with this issue would be great to hear.
