 At what point do items marked as Optional in Captivate 2017 responsive design not appear as part of the output?  In other words, what is the determining factor?

What is the setup for the parent fluid box? Optional only works if the parent fluid box has 'Squeeze in a row or column' as Wrap method.

Did you find an answer to this question? I have watched your video about making something optional and looked other places.  I have four fluid boxes that just won't disappear. I'm thinking it might be that they just don't get small enough so I'm wondering if this question was answered. I've tried all different percentages, but none of them seem to work.  Thanks! Elissa

Hi,

Thanks, yes, the parent and child boxes are set to "squeeze" and the parent, child box, and image in the child box are all set to optional. And, I've tried different variations. Nothing has worked.
