Japanese translation issues

I am using Adobe Captivate 5 and I'm having some trouble with Japanese translations.

This:

is the translation that is showing up in Captivate after importing this:

クリックして続します。

As you can see, the red character changes during the import.

Is there a specific font that I should be using to make sure the characters do not change?

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Which way are you using for importing in Adobe Captivate 5 ?

Thanks,

Vikram

Thank you for your reply.

We are exporting the captions (from Captivate) to a MS Word document. We have the Word document translated, and then import the captions back into Captivate by clicking on File > Import > Project Captions and Closed Captions > Then we select the appropriate file.

The Japanese text is correct in the Word document. As it is imported into Captivate, it is automatically changed to the incorrect text.

Hello,

This is exactly what I did when you saw you post and I this is what I got in Adobe Captivate 5 (After importing MS Work file)

Note : I am copying your Japanese text to notepad and then copying it to Imported Word file.

Thanks,

Vikram
