javascript added with advanced actions does not run in LMS

I'm working on a custom navigation bar that is controlled by Javascript I've added using advanced actions in Captivate 9. It works fine in testing, but when loaded to our LMS and on SCORM Cloud the custom JS is not loading or is being ignored for some reason. Am I missing something in my publishing settings. It is set to publish to SCORM 2004 v3.

    I was targeting incorrectly, testing now. Usually the case, ask for help and you find the answer yourself. lol
