Javascript not working in exe export

I have some javascript code in my project that I know workds in a html export,

I tried a exe export for windows and it doesn't appear to be reading the Execute Javascript action when testing it.

Execute Javascript wasn't on the popup list of items that doesn't export in a .exe file

Is there something else I'm missing that needs to be done to make it work?
