Jerky Mouse movement in Captivate mp4 file

The mp4 published file has mouse movement run fast for the first 2-3 slides. The rest of the project plays just fine. Looks like a rendering issue. But not able to fix it. Has anyone seen this? any recommendation?

I have tried clearing the Cache and creating the new file. But nothing seems to fix it.

I have a couple of questions:

    • Which exact version of Captivate are you using? The full version number can be found unet 'About Captivate' in the Help (Win) or Captivate (Mac) menu.
    • How did you create the slides with the mouse movement: are they FMR slides from a Software simulation or are you talking about CPVC-slide or even about a full CPVC-file. Reason for my question is that FMR slides have to be avoided because they are based on SWF technology and have to be converted to individual MP4 slides on publishing which is not always working fine. I always replace them by individual Video Demo slides or even prefer a complete CPVC project which can only publish to MP4 and is a lot better quality.

    I have Captivate 19 release:

The slides are from the Software Simulation.

The slides are copied from a Software Simulation and made a short video with only mouse movements. In your comment above, what do you mean by 'individual Video demo'? because, in our process we capture the slides for software simulations  and use the same slides to create a mp4 video
