Jump to slide

Hello,

I have a slide in my project that I need to do the following: When the slide has reached a certain point in the timeline, it should automatically jump to another slide in the project without any interaction from learner.  Is there a way to make this happen?  I've tried on exit: jump to another slide which doesn't seem to work, I've tried adding a click box and not allowing clicks and on success/failure jump to another slide and that also doesn't seem to work.   I've also tried on exit triggering an advance action of jump to slide and that doesn't work either.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
