Jump to slide doesn't work

At the end of a quiz, I have a failed slide with two buttons giving the user the options to either review the material or re-do the quiz.
Nothing happens when I click the buttons.
I have re-selected the jump to slides from the drop down and re-published; I run the whole movie; in Quiz Manager I allow backward movement. Can't think what else to check. Any suggestions anyone?

    Hi elieb and welcome to our community

    One thought that comes to mind is to check the Options tab of Quiz Manager. Are you allowing the user an infinite number of attempts or is the limit configured for 1? I'd try changing this area and see if things improve.

    Thanks Rick. I had tried setting it to 100 (I had it at 2). Now I tried with infinite but same result. It is only the buttons on the failed slide that aren't functioning. I wondered if it was the position of the failed slide - it comes right after a 10 question quiz (9 true false and then a matching). The buttons should take the user back to slides which are (a) prior to the quiz or (b) start of the quiz. Can't think what can be wrong....
