Jump to Slide on Slide Exit Action - Not working

Hello All,

I am trying to get a slide to jump back to the original slide after playing.

Example:

- Start on 15

- Click button jumps to 16

- On Exit actioin for 16 says jump to 15

- Captivate continues to 17 instead.

Any thoughts on this matter?

    Answer: The preview next 5 slides version of testing does not work when "Jump to Slide" is used.  You must preview in Browser for these buttons to function as intended.

    I am using Captivate Version 6.0.1.240.

    There is ONLY a flv video object on that slide and nothing to make the timeline stop or pause.

    How did you test? After publishing or in Preview. Try Preview in Browser to see the situation as close as possible to the future published version.

    Are you sure the On Exit action is executed? This will only be the case if the last frame of that slide is indeed visited. Do you have another interactive object on that slide?

    Which version do you use? If it is 6, please tell if it is 6.0.1.240 ir 6.1.319?

    Hi there,

    Can you please confirm the complete version of Captivate (About > Adobe Captivate ) and OS.

    In which format have you published the course?

    On the exit of slide 16, re assign this action to jump to slide 15, then republish the project, with force republish option checked.
