Jump to Slide stops working

I have 2 buttons on one page, both contains "On Success" to jump to a specific page in the module.

it seems that it works fine for a couple times, but then one of the buttons always degrades to either not working at all or simply going to the next slide.

I've saved the course a couple times after making some edits, does it always need to be saved as a "save as" so i don't overwrite each time?

Is this an issue of having multiple buttons on a page?

Often, folks misunderstand how Buttons and other objects interact with one another. Buttons typically have a pause point that occurs. And if you have multiple buttons on a slide, clicking one may release the pause and cause the others to no longer work. So it all depends on what each Button has been programmed to do when clicked by the user.

Can you give us an idea of what each button does when clicked?

There are 2 buttons, clicking 1 essentially advances you to the next slide where that section starts for that particular user.

Clicking the other jumps to slide 9 where that section starts, so the user would only be clicking 1 or the other button at that point in the module.

I thought it might be some kind of cache issue, so I rebooted, but it continued.

I’ve rebuilt the same module a couple times and it keeps happeneing.
