Just updated to v12.6 and AI voices give error when trying to load

Hello Captivate Community, I just updated to v12.6 and when trying to launch the AI Voices I am getting an error. Shows "It appears there is a problem with loading the voice".  If I retry it doesn't bring them up. My internet connection is active and working, I have tested and verified that.

Any thoughts or advice on what could be causing this?
