Keep Failing Test

I'm using Adobe Captivate 9 and have 3 knowledge checks throughout the course and a final test at the end. When I test the course in SCORM cloud and take the last test, I answer 9 out of 10 questions correctly. The score should be 90% and passed; however, I get a message stating I failed and the max score was 176.0 and the raw score was 90. Question: How do I find what else is scoring and correct it?

You probably have more scored objects, any interactive object can have a score. Check that wonderful panel that is ignored by most users (thanks to that UI): Advanced Interaction (F9). It will show you all scored objects, and is dynamically linked to the Properties panel. You' will have to take the score of those objects out, or at least indicate they do not have to be added to the total score.

I already started to answer to your previuos post which you deleted:

No, you cannot edit in the Advanced Interaction panel directly. As I explained, there is a link to the Properties panel. Select an interaction in Advanced interaction and its Properties panel will appear in the right dock: go to Reporting section and you can edit there. The panel can remain floating.
