Keyboard focus indicator not visible with HTML output in Chrome

Has there been a workaround or fix yet for the keyboard focus indicator not being visible when publishing a Captivate project with just HTML? Since Flash doesn't work well in Chrome now, our solution has been to move towards using HTML exclusively when possible. Now, however, our keyboard focus indicator isn't visible in Flash either.

We have already implemented the workaround for IE that a user previously posted. However, this is still an issue in Chrome, and either way we have problems (with Flash or losing the focus indicator).
