Keystroke Sounds Not Working

Hello,

I just began using Captivate 2017 today for the firs time, and I have created and published my first test simulation.  I am receiving sound for the mouse clicks within the simulation, however I am not having any sound for the fields where I have the user typing in responses.

I have checked the Publish Settings and I have both the "Keystrokes" and "Hear Keyboard Tap Sounds" options checked under the Recording settings.

Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?  Thank you so much in advance!

I have been informed by a colleague that keystroke sounds are only a feature of recorded VIDEO that is being played for the learner, not something that is part of a simulation.  I would think this could be since there are "mouse clicks" sounds, but I guess that would be an enhancement request for the product.
