Knowledge check incorrect answer will not show

I am using Captivate 2019. I have a knowledge check matching slide with correct and incorrect captions. The correct caption shows in HTML5 preview, but the incorrect caption does not show up at all - even when I test it before I make any adaptations to the slide. What am I missing?

I had the same issue today and FINALLY figured it out:

1. Click on a blank area of the slide

2. In the Properties panel, click the QUIZ tab.

3. At the very bottom, change the Last Attempt field to Continue. This way the slide continues on and displays the Incorrect message. If the field is set to "Go to next slide", it skips over the incorrect message.
