Knowledge Check Overlays and Cornerstone

Hello!

I am working with knowledge checks as overlays to a video. It works fine in the preview but does not show all of the knowledge checks when uploaded to the LMS (Cornerstone). I have uploaded it as SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 which has not made a difference. Are there any reasons why some of the knowledge checks are not showing?

Can you check in SCORM Cloud as well? Just to make sure that the problem is not due to the LMS?

What happens exactly: the interactive video is skipping some KC slides and just continues? Did you treat the KC slides with the same caution as normal quiz slides: not deleting embedded objects, keeping the normal submit process etc? Do you use a theme which was created in the present version or updated to that version?

Same problem in the SCORM cloud. It is skipping some KC slides and continuing through the video. No major changes were made to the KC slides, just font and color. The theme used was created in this version of Captivate.

Then perhaps the custom theme is causing the issue.

Try testing what happens if you change to one of the default Captivate themes instead. Use a copy of your project file so that you are not making changes to the original file and can roll back if necessary.

If it turns out that the problem goes away when using a different theme, you just have to recreate the look and feel of the theme without altering too many things.
