knowledge check refreshing issue

In Captivate 8 I have used graded question in knowledge check, this is not scored. I’m facing two messier issues.1) When I attempted question and press back button it doesn’t go previous screen, it taking me on Next screen, because I have given action for on success and on failed go to the next screen. Any other way to back button work properly.2) Once I answered a question then go to the next screen and came back on that same question screen, it doesn’t allow me to attempt again (not refreshing).

By design question slides are blocked while being in a Quiz attempt, after leaving the question slide (maybe having used several attempts on question level). Using those question slides as knowledge slides, even with score set to 0 (supposing you did that), this will not change the default behavior. If you have only knowledge questions in this course, I provided a workaround solution in this blog post:

As for the back button: check the Quiz settings: did you allow Backwards movement? The actions Success/Last Attempt are triggered by the Submit button, they are not linked to the Back button. In this post I tried to explain the design of Question/Score slides. Back will never unlock answered questions.
