Labeling the Jeopary Tabs (Topic 1, Topic 2 etc.)

(IE9-C8) I followed the posted instructions for installing (Insert/Widget/Jeopardy) to edit the Topic 1, Topic 2 etc. tabs. However I cannot rename the tabs (Topic 1, Topic 2 etc.). I have left and right clicked on each letter and the number but nothing happens. How do I rename Topic 1, Topic 2, etc. to my personal topics ?
