Lag time, etc: Citrix / Flash 9

DOH!! I have just completed my first Captivate 2-developed Web-based training course for my new company. Looked great when I tested it via a Web server and my local browser. However, it must be launched by users via Citrix, and there are two problems. (Note that the course is hosted by an outside LMS vendor, and accessed by our users via our Citrix environment.)

1) Performance is super-slow, sometimes skipping slides when it finally appears. Our IT guy tells me it's a Citrix/Flash issue. He said it might be because our Citrix servers use Flash Player 9. Of course, there is no way to publish for Flash 9 via Captivate 2. Anybody have any insight or advice here?

2) Also, a less serious but also annoying issue: - text areas appear incorrectly (blocky background stuff) when there is a background color (as I have on all my title/section slides). Is there any way around this?

Thanks in advance,

Keira

    Double-DOH!

Oh, I hate when that happens... We figured out the issue right after I hit the SEND button on my last post! Apparently we had one server that was having trouble while I was testing last week - and that was of course the server my stuff was running on. (IT guy just found out himself.) So, that explains the lag problem.

Looks like the blocky text issue is something I may be able to fix in future WBTs by using 16bit color and/or staying away from colored backgrounds (Zzzzzz). If anyone has any add'l tips about that, I'd appreciate them. Otherwise, sorry for taking your time with our own stupid server problem!!
