Hi All,

I am creating knowledge check questions and there seems to be a little big of lag time between clicking submit and the next action to move to the next slide. Is there a way to cut down the lag time it last for around 5 to 7 secs.? Anyone else experience this?

By default, KC and quiz question slides are only 3 seconds long with a pause point at 1.5 seconds.  How long is the timeline AFTER the pause point of your slides?  If that duration is only a second and a half and hasn't been changed, then that would not be the problem.  However, if you have changed that duration and made it a lot longer, then you might simply be seeing the timeline moving along until it reaches the end and jumps to the next slide.

If you have set the default actions for Success or Failure to Continue, the timeline will continue to play till the end.  But you can change those actions to Go to Next Slide to speed things up a little.

If none of these ideas prove to be the cause, and your content is being played from an LMS, then the other possible cause of the lag could be server latency.  Check out this blog post:
