Large screen resizing issue on MacOS

MBP M1 Max using macOS Ventura 13.3.1

External 32" LG HDR 4K Display

When working on a project, if I drag the window to be larger, the 'slide' will move up into the corner of the window out of frame. I assume this is because the UI hasn't been fully updated for 4K screen sizes. Used to have a similar problem with Illustrator a long time ago. Not a problem per se, but annoying if using a large sized display.
