Latest Mac version of captivate keeps crashing when opening Question Pool

I have just downloaded the latest version of Captivate for Mac (running on apple silicone) and when I try to open Question Pool it crashes. I am not sure what to do. If I can't get this to work I may have to cancel my subscription and look at a different piece of saoftware.
