Launched links are not opening new window?

OK- The web links inserted as click boxes work. The problem is that they open in the same window and the user will get lost and re-launch to get back into the course/project.

The browser window launched by our LMS is different and does not have the typical navigation/menu features that I am used to...

Any suggestions to correct this?

    Have you set the properties for the click box to 'New' to make the link to the URL open in a new window?

    This is selected to the right of where you type in the URL?

    In addition to what Lee offered, I'll add the following:

    When you edit the object you are linking from and click that button with the down arrow to choose New, click it again after you have done this. You will see an option labeled "Continue Playing Project". Most folks like to click this option to turn it off. Otherwise, clicking the link will release the pause from your project and it will continue playing while your user is viewing the URL you linked them to. Turning the option off keeps the movie at its position until they are ready to proceed.
