learner_response only showing: type_the_answer_here

Help!

I have created a quiz, with the correct setting to record answers, but not all of the learner responses are showing.

It only shows a return of 'type_the_answer_here'.

What might I be doing wrong?

Please advise.

Someone has just mentioned that it was from a test quiz I created with no specific answers typed in, so maybe this is the reason why?
