Leave quizz and return

Hi,

 

I would like to know if it's possible to leave a quizz, by exemple on step 3, close the window and come back tomorrow on the same step ?

    What do you mean by 'step 3'? Are you reporting to a LMS or not?  In a LMS bookmarking is turned on by default. If you don't activate the option 'Submit All' the learner will be returned to the slide where she/he left.

    Ok, so it's possible in a LMS with Scorm. But is it also possible on a website in HTML5 (without LMS)?

    What you are talking about here (coming back to resume a lesson at the same place) is referred to as 'bookmarking'.  

     

    Captivate has two methods of bookmarking:

    • Resume Data Bookmarking is turned on in the Quiz settings and is ONLY used for situations where the content is being delivered from an LMS.
    • Self-Paced Learning Bookmarking is turned on in the Skin Editor settings and is used for NON-LMS situations.  To turn it on, ensure that this checkbox is selected.


      If it is working, your learners should see this dialog when resuming their lesson.
