License Conflict
Dears, good morning,
I'm having a problem with my licensing conflict, a professional I'm assisting has the Creative Cloud license on his behalf, and this week we've been given a license from Captivate that belongs to the company, though it's from an account other than his , when opening the Captivate the same informs that it is unlicensed or with the license invalid, however when he logs in there the Creative Cloud starts to present license errors.
It is clear that this is a conflict problem since both are Adobe software, but I wonder if there is any way to leave both licenses running in parallel, since Captivate is not part of Creative.
