Link to web page not working on last slide - Captivate 3

I really hope someone can help me. I have a link to a web page (a survey I developed with SurveyMonkey) on the last slide of my CBT. I can't get this Web page to display. I'm using Captivate 3. Here are the settings I have:

• Edit | Preferences | Start & End: Open URL or file, url in the address box, set to open in a NEW window
• Slide properties: same settings; slide set to play for 20 seconds
• Click box: same settings; Continue Playing Project is turned off
• Pop-up blocker is turned off

I'm getting no result whatsoever when I click the click box in play mode.

Do I have the same settings in too many places or something? Any suggestions?
