Live 360 with overlay

I would like to live stream 360 video and through Captivate lay over the interactions. Is that possible? If yes, how?

I don't think that is possible. Captivate has the possibility to embed 360 static slides and 360 video, but only hotspots are provided with a limited set of features. If those are sufficient for what you call 'interactions', so far I didn't try to stream. Working with 360 video can be tricky, maybe you could find some ideas in these posts:
